Are any of you using a RMS that provides the ability to upload documentation for archive on each trainee?

New Innovations allows you to upload documents etc. for any resident. That Documentation becomes a permanent part of their record. You can create folders in each record so specific data can be easily identified as to its location if you have put the thought into where and what you want to store. The entire record can be archived when they term their training in your institution.

We've created electronic files for each of our house staff members via MedHub. This system provides us the ability to create on-line files for each resident and fellow. We have the capability of organizing their files by the type of document we're filing; everything from the house staff member's ERAS application/CV to his/her summative evals to his/her remediation plans. It's been very useful and efficient for us as we can access the information via our desktop rather than go to our paper files to retrieve information.

Can someone share a list of resident documentation they collect to build new resident files?
