Does a pre-op clinic meet the TY ambulatory requirements and can it "double count" if it is run by IM faculty? Thx!

First, I'll say that this probably won't be a very good rotation, and the residents probably won't appreciate it.
That being said, you might be able to say that it meets the minimum requirement for an ambulatory rotation.
But you probably cannot count it as meeting the FCS criteria for an internal medicine rotations because it doesn't sound like other residents regularly complete this rotations which means that you would not be providing an equivalent experience to your TY residents.
