How do you provide information on practice data to TYs. our categorical programs provide data thru their office EMR.

We have struggled with this one for years and don't have a lot of "data" like the examples given, but I think slide 47 [discuss in semiannual review and explicitly state that we are discussing practice habits] was the most useful and our scores went up significantly over time.
